MONTELLO APARTMENT IN MILAN

Galbiati has collaborated with E+E on the project of two small newly built apartments in the center of Milan. The two apartments, almost identical to each other in their structure and furnishings, share a common feature, being rented out for short periods.

The focus of the E+E studio is to give warmth and make the people who live in them to feel at home, even for short periods.

Warm finishes and colors are the main features. From the parquet floors, to the boiserie in the living room and to the detail of the fabrics that enrich each room.

The custom-made Pedini kitchen blends in with the green wood paneling wall, for one apartment, and gray for its twin. The custom-made counter table divides the kitchen area from the living area.

A large sofa by Campeggi was chosen for the living area, with its enveloping shape and strictly neutral colour, to better match the colours of the walls, the TV cabinet and the cushions covering the bench under the window.

The bedrooms are permeated by colors that echo the living area but with slightly lighter shades, to give harmony and create color games in which nothing is left to chance. The lighting is by Contardi Lighting, in collaboration with Galbiati Arreda.

For these two apartments, E+E also took care of all the accessories that make up daily living, such as the household linens and cutlery. The “Otto” coffee tables in mirrored metal, the “Saliscendi” wall lamps and the “Miss E” abat-jour are exclusive E+E design and production in collaboration with Galbiati Arreda, exclusive dealer on Milan.

KITCHEN

Both kitchens are by Pedini and custom-made; their colors blend with the walls, green and gray. The counter table, also custom-made, divides the kitchen area from the living area.

LIVING AREA

The “Saliscendi” wall lamp and “Miss E” abat-jour are exclusive E+E design and production in collaboration with Galbiati Arreda, exclusive dealer on Milan.

Campeggi’s large sofa dominates the living area: the colors of the upholstery were chosen to best harmonize with the walls, TV cabinet and cushions.

NIGHT ZONE

The bedrooms are permeated by colors that echo the living area but with slightly lighter shades, to give harmony and create color games in which nothing is left to chance.
