Fischbacher 1819
A family textile excellence
For more than two centuries, Fischbacher 1819 has been a benchmark in the textile industry. Based in St Gallen, Switzerland, an area renowned for its textile tradition since the 13th century, the company stands out for its passion for quality materials and creative innovation. Its offer includes interior fabrics, carpets, wallpapers and home accessories, all made with a particular attention to detail, creating unique and distinctive luxury environments.
Commitment to quality and long-term partnerships
Fischbacher 1819 is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in every product made. The quest for perfection has led the company to establish long-term partnerships with partners and suppliers, some of which have been active for over 100 years. This commitment to excellence is a fundamental aspect of the company philosophy, which allows us to produce items of the highest quality, with a continuous drive towards innovation.
A history of family tradition and international leadership
The company has been owned by the same family since 1819, passing on passion and knowledge of textiles for six generations. Since 2008, the management is in the hands of Michael and Camilla Fischbacher, who have brought an international dimension to the company, thanks to their experience in England, Asia and the United States. The fusion of family tradition and cosmopolitan approach has allowed the Fischbacher 1819 to evolve, maintaining an authentic luxury design, focused on quality and individuality.
Sustainability and social responsibility
Fischbacher 1819 adopts sustainability and social responsibility as an integral part of its corporate philosophy. Its products are designed to last over time, beyond seasonal trends, and production processes are constantly monitored to meet high standards. An example of sustainable innovation is the Benu Recycled Collection, which uses recycled materials such as PET plastic and wool bottles. The company carefully selects its suppliers to ensure that they comply with ethical and quality labels, establishing long-term partnerships.
